Who We Are

This church seeks to embrace and to offer a home to all those in our own time are struggling with their identity and destiny and to those who are seeking a home and yearning for something and for someone to believe in:

To The UNBORN We Say That LIFE HOLDS MEANING and HOPE;

To The ALIENATED, We Say That THERE ARE NO DIFFERENCES HERE;

To The MARRIED, We Say That YOUR LOVE IS HOLY AND SACRED;

To The HOMOSEXUAL, We Say That YOUR LOVE IS SACRED, YOUR UNION IS BLESSED;

To The HOMELESS, We Say YOU HAVE FOUND A HOME IN OUR HEART,

To The IMPRISONED, We Say That YOU ARE FREE TO BE YOUR TRUE SELF;

To The CONFUSED, We Say That THERE IS TENDERNESS and UNDERSTANDING;

To The "LEPER", We Say That YOU ARE HEALED,

To The AIDS VICTIM, We Say That YOUR SUFFERING HAS MEANING FOR US ALL;

To The SKEPTIC, We Say That WE BELIEVE IN YOU,

To The AGNOSTIC, We Say That WE SHARE YOUR MYSTERY and YOUR WONDER;

To The BELIEVER, We Say COME and EXPAND YOUR VISION and

To The DYING, We Say COME and LIVE FOREVER WHERE THERE IS NO DEATH

Once again, we are trying to affirm, within the context of who we are and where we are living and how we are living, the value of believing and the vision of Jesus Christ and the Gospel.

Thus, the Reformed Catholic Church is not founded, nor is it organized in direct antagonism or opposition to all that the Roman Catholic Church teaches and esteems. Rather, it is founded and organized on the basis of a genuine respect for individuality and freedom, within the context of belief in a loving, forgiving, and compassionate God, as revealed in Jesus
