Report Forms Clergy Reports/Clergy, Religious, Seminarians Monthly Report Clergy reports can be submitted to the Diocesan Bishop, Director of Formation, Vicariate of Communications and other department with one form. Consult your Diocese Bishop or Nuncio for requirement of information and timeline of this report. Census Report /Certification of Membership - All RCC member parishes are asked to complete this process each year, between November 15 and the end of the business day on February 1. The statistical and membership data you supply during this process will determine the number of delegates your congregation can send to Synods, among other things. Parish Updates/ Address Updates - You can update your parish's address, telephone, fax, email, web site, and statistics at any time. The information will appear in the "Parish Communities" section of the RCC web site, as well as in the RCC Directory. |
